Disappointed

I ordered my jewelry (for rook) two months ago. Somehow they missed my order and after sending an email they promptly fulfilled it. I got the ocean gray. The size of the jewelry is fine, but the jewel itself is very dull, no sparkle and darker in color than the picture shows. If I would’ve known that, I would’ve changed my color choice. It looks like a plain metal bar.

I got the clear cz gem and it has great clarity and sparkle. But unfortunately I can’t use it. I got this for my horizontal labret. The gem ball is way to big for my liking. I wanted a gem that faces forward and with a traditional curved barbell all the gems face outward. So I thought this would be perfect I am currently using 2mm studs and they are super tiny which I like but turn outward. These were listed at 2.5mm but are huge more like 3mm or even 4mm. It’s just way to big for my lip. Other then that it’s a great barbell. Shipping was fast.
