Overall, I was impressed with the boots, great quality. I read several reviews that stated the boots run small, so since my feet have high insteps and one foot is almost an E, I ordered an E width. The boots are a little big, so I would say that the boots run true to size. Last point, I don’t understand the extra fee at check out if you want to return the boots. This is not something that customer focused companies do, I almost didn’t purchase the boots because of that fee. Rujo should change that.
