Size and customer service
Ordered the Roscoe in my normal size 11 1/2 ee the boots were flawless top quality just too small contacted customer service by email on Sunday evening and within 10 minutes they emailed back and set up the return and exchange for a 12 ee Monday I dropped the boots off for return and on Friday I had my new pair at no additional cost for shipping the 12ee fits good and flawless top quality very comfortable boots I would definitely buy from Rujo again their customer service and boot quality is second to none

I bought a size 13 double e I have a hard time getting my foot in Boots so when they showed up I was scared that they were going to be tight but my foot slid in like they were already broken for me best pair I've tried on so far

Great Boot
