Amazing Boots and Customer Service!

Beyond impressed and appreciative of the Rujo Brand. I had an issue with my Caramel Case Boots. I emailed Barbra and she was able to take care of me and exchange my pair for a new one. The quality, attention to detail, comfort of the boots are beyond anything expected. The customer service is more than outstanding. They sure know how to take care of their customers. Rujo Loyalist right here…. Amazing job Jim, Luis, Barbra and everyone at Rujo!

“Flash Sale” is more like a Defected Boots Sale.

I purchased The Case ostrich boots thinking this would be a great promotion for some nice boots. Once I received the boots I was disappointed with the defective boots sent to me. I quickly filed a claim with picture proof of the damaged boots. A week later after several emails and attempts, they have failed to respond or make it right. Right vamp has a tear/hole. Left vamp has scars and stains. Tubes have loose stitching, more dark scuffs, and uneven cording. I have purchased numerous boots from this company in the past as loyal customer with no issues. However, now that there’s an issue with defective boots, I am being “Ghosted”.
