Memories of childhood recaptured in a cookie!

Armenians like many folx from the Middle East connect to culture through foods. We saw these sesame cookies while shopping for lokum and immediately had flashbacks to my mother's version of these cookies from my childhood. Had to get some! Love that they are dense, thick with sesame seeds and not too sweet. Shared these on recent visit with my 97 yo Mom.
