App really sucks bad, and the way it was advertised i thought I was getting one of the better ones out there, but this literally took awhile to ship from China and kinda feel I fell for the banana in the tailpipe on this one. About the App- its super confusing, standard weight is in St, not LBS. and its worst than almost all free apps thay do very similar.

Hello, The scale arrived bent and damaged. When I opened the package and removed the blue wrapping, I noticed that the stainless steel platform was bent. Because of this, the scale is not working properly and is giving inaccurate readings. I previously contacted customer support about this issue. They replied once with some troubleshooting steps, but after I responded, I never received any further assistance. I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer service.
