What started off as a nightmarish situation was quickly turned around by the help of Lindy with customer service. The bag had been ordered but not shipped in the allotted 2-4 shipping window due to an item restock. Once we realized this she sent the bag overnight to my new address.

Good wuality over all and zippers feel good, i partifularly like the atylenfor the expandable pocket zipper.
