I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Heat Press Transfer. I paid extra for next-day delivery, yet it took nearly three weeks for my order to arrive. Because the transfers did not arrive on time, I was unable to complete my customer’s order as promised. I ended up having to take the order to a local mall shop and pay additional money to have the work done just so I wouldn’t let my customer down. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of communication. I sent multiple emails asking for updates on my order and never received a single response. No explanation, no update, and no apology. When customers pay for expedited shipping, they expect the company to honor that commitment or at least communicate if there is a delay. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another solution, which cost me extra time, money, and stress. The product eventually arrived, but by then the damage had already been done and i can not use it and they are yet to reapond.

Quality was good, Customer Service needs improvement

The product quality was great, however, the ability to reach Customer Service is severely lacking. You can only contact them via email and hope they respond in time. I had an issue where my order was delivered to the wrong place. They offered to replace it which was great, however, they claimed to be replacing it in time for my event and it didn't arrive until the following week. By that point, I paid for transfers that weren't even applicable anymore.
