Blue Belle Americana Bow Gingham Romper

I want to start off saying that I think these rompers are absolutely adorable and when I saw them I had to buy matching sets for my 2 daughters (ages 8 and 4). They are beautiful, and the size 4 was perfect. However, when my 8 uesr old tried hers on, the straps were very long and you could see her entire chest. She's an average to small 8 year old so I thought that was odd. I'm fair at alterations, so i tried sewing the straps shorter, but then the armpits were tight and uncomfortable for her because the whole garment seems to be made so that its all the same measurement/no armpits space. It took alot of work making giving th armpits more room for her to comfortably wear this outfit. Just for the buyer to he aware. This issue didn't present for my 4 year old outfit. Even with that, I still love these outfits and am excited to have found them, id gove 5 stars if i didnt have to fix one.
