Diagnostic Fee

I paid for a rear light and they give me some indicators without directionals, what am I supposed to do with that? And then I want to talk to the one who attended me and it happens to a "technician" that his solution was to tell me to make another $150 appointment to fix it. I'm supposed to pay for a professional to do it and he ends up doing it myself. I don't even recommend getting to see the e-bikes they have because the receptionist gets annoyed when customers arrive. Bad service 😂
