It is not compatible with the slide out tailgate accessory. There is no mention of that regarding the product compatibility. Don't waste $800.00 if you have the sliding tailgate and want to keep it or be prepared to remove the sliding tailgate if you'd rather have the folding trunk. Also takes up about 4 additional inches on the sides due to the way it mounts so the trunk space will be less if installed.
