Cora 3-Level Adjustable Bassinet

Im sure its a wonderful bassinet when the delivery people don’t break it. While I know the shipping company is responsible for the damage, the reason for this review is because Evennflo denied my return for some reason. Ordered 06.15.26, delivered 6.22.26,return request was submitted 6.26.26. Why does the customer have request a return/exchange? When I attempted to call the listed customer service number they provided, it said customer service line was temporarily unavailable. By the end of that day, I received an email stating my return request was denied because my item is not eligible for return. WHAT?! I received it broken and they are unwilling to do anything about it. This is the brand new model and is almost $300. I shouldn’t have to purchase another one when the one I bought two weeks ago came broken. Shame on Evenflo for providing zero customer service and failing to back their products. If anyone is considering an evenfllo product for their child, I wouldn’t do it.

Perfect for a newborn, it not only has all the lights and music that the baby loves but I love that is adjustable. I would highly recommend this trendy bassinet.

The perfect bassinet/mini crib!

We bought this when we were having trouble transitioning from the bassinet to the crib. It’s the perfect middle step for our baby. He’s sleeping really well now and we can use it until he’s 1. Wish we had this at the beginning.
