Good product
Product arrived as expected, and I’m happily wearing it. Sometimes angrily wearing it. But happy that I have it.
Minor thing - the iSmile email I got after the order kept causing alerts I my yahoo app. I finally stopped them by deleting the email. Please stop your use of that program - it is intrusive and provides negative value. I found it very annoying.

Pin quality is okay. Packaging was okay, though the pin was loose in the envelope and almost fell out when I opened it. But I am happy to have this pin, I will wear it with love and strength.
