The keychain itself is adorable and I’m genuinely pleased with it! That said, the processing time was longer than expected (over two weeks), and when I reached out to check in, I didn’t receive a response. I later discovered through the social media that they were at conventions, which I completely understand like make that bank, but I do wish there had been a note on the shop website itself so customers weren’t left in the dark. A quick banner or heads-up on delays would’ve made the whole experience smoother. Still, I’m just happy to have my keychain!! The double sided design for Curly is perfect!
