Disappointing Experience!!

25yr Veteran Fishing Guide out of SW Fl. Saw ad on social media for deck boot socks and decided to give them a try. Ordered the royal blue to match my Huk boots. Took almost 2 weeks for order to arrive. Paid for the deck socks and no show (Nearly $40) and when I opened package there was no invoice or receipt and only the deck socks with no explanation where no show socks were. Had to email customer service to get info on missing socks. Got email back saying they ran out of royal blue socks and would send a different color (wanted both same color thank you). I was told they would send a grey pair and give me 20% off next order. My response was how bout sending me a pair of the same color but got no response! Shame for $9 (assuming 50% profit margin) I would have been happpy and given better review. Instead I will Never buy another product and certainly not recommend to anyone in the industry. Thanks for not delivering what I paid for (2pairs of SAME colored socks), Capt John
