Been using GDefy for years! I have flat feet & a lumbar 5 pars defect in my back. These shoes are like walking on a cloud! They come with a second pair of orthotics. You might need a shoe horn when putting them on because the back crumples up from high support.

I lile these shoes, but there needs to be more support for the outside of the foot. I say this because when i walk, the outer part of my foot seems to hit bottom, and makes it uncomfortable to walk.

Gave as a gift. Sizing was a little off and this is the replacement. The person I bought it for said the fit is great and they are very comfortable.
