Can these be refunded or returned make feet worse

So far I am loving them, Definitely need another pair. I use this for work, where I work in the hosptial and on my feet most of the day. Very comfortable, some of my coworkers like the look of them, and one said I look like I’m walking on a cloud.

I absolutely love them so comfortable i needed them for work I do a lot of walking. They look great.
