Excellent
The New Wash line is terrific and truly eliminates the need for conditioners. My hair tangles easily but not with ANY of the New Wash products, original or deep wash.

Was great but something changed.....
I like the texture, the ease of use, and the philosophy of hair care. However, I do feel that something has changed in the formula, and it's not as good as it used to be. It does't moisturize my hair like it used to. I've been considering looking for a different option.

Hooked
I enjoy using just one product, no need for conditioner. I feel like my hair is healthier since using this product. The no lather thing is different but I’ve been using this product awhile now and I’m hooked. Occasionally I use a different shampoo for old times sake but always happy to get back to hair story :)
