New Wash Deep Clean Refill

The product changed for the worse.

This is my first time using the product since the re-branding. The shampoo smells different, it’s less thick and rich, and as I’m finding out it takes FAR more product to get the same wash and I’m left with dryer hair now. I am so disappointed. I found your company about a year ago and thought I had FINALLY found my holy grail hair care. Now once I’m done with this updated product, I’ll be back to my search and no longer purchasing from Hair Story.

Doesn’t work for me

It doesn’t work on my hair on its own. I need to use a light shampoo first, then use New Wash as a kind of conditioner. I have tried with New Wash only for almost a month but my hair was an oily mess and not appropriate for work. I have fine hair, which is probably not the right type for New Wash.

I tried so hard and I don’t love it

This just doesn’t work with my hair. I use it every couple days apparently and I look like I’ve never washed my hair in my whole life. This is my second or maybe even third try of this product because on the flipside it also doesn’t aggravate my dandruff response. I really want this stuff to work but it just doesn’t for me…
