New Wash Deep Clean Refill

4 years strong!

I have been using this for about 4 years now. This removes product (like dry shampoo or hairspray) effectively. I am an actor and always having random shellac type products sprayed into my hair, or having it heat styled. This stuff makes me feel like washing it all out doesn’t do any further damage. I have noticed my waves are bouncier and shinier when I use this consistently (I sometimes ‘cheat’ if I didn’t pack my travel bottle and end up using hotel shampoo, etc. I always regret not just packing my new wash anyway.) smells very very faintly scented and is not too overpowering - I am very sensitive to smells.

Love this stuff!! My hair feels so clean and I don’t feel bad about washing my hair everyday if I wanted to, even though I don’t. I love the smell. It’s a clean smell and is just a nice essential oil smell, but not overpowering. It’s also transformed my curls and my hair is curlier than it’s ever been. I got this one because the normal wash didn’t seem to clean my hair good enough, but this one really does the trick! Thank you!!

The product changed for the worse.

This is my first time using the product since the re-branding. The shampoo smells different, it’s less thick and rich, and as I’m finding out it takes FAR more product to get the same wash and I’m left with dryer hair now. I am so disappointed. I found your company about a year ago and thought I had FINALLY found my holy grail hair care. Now once I’m done with this updated product, I’ll be back to my search and no longer purchasing from Hair Story.
