The balance is absolutely spot on. In most of the Brubeck recordings the emphasis is on Dave Brubeck and all the other musicians get lost in the mix

Extremely well recorded, in details one does not usually perceive in most "common" recordings. This one mic technique is very welcome, specially when well done using this superb mic! Deserves the most precious attention of the listener, with great rewards!!!
