Crystal Lamp Jumping Spider

steps 11 m 13 are NOT clear in the instructions. was not able to finish. Tried to contact and ask for help but NO luck. customer service is non-existent!!!!

The pieces are too small to keep my 12yo grandson interested. I fear ot may never be built. Too difficult

It was a gift. The boy loved it. He had no trouble putting it together.
