The sound is great, the color of the stained wood was beautiful and I really like the feet that holds the box upright.

This is a beautiful box with a rich, resonant sound. I am pleased with it. It’s beautiful enough to display in my home when I’m not playing it. I had a couple of issues in the beginning but one was definitely my error which they were gracious enough to walk me through, and the other was with the box itself which they also walked me through, resolving the issue quickly. I’m actually glad the issue happened because now I understand my shruti box better. I like that they are a small company who care about their products and their customers. I am pleased and will purchase from them in the future if the need arises. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
