Very disappointing experience. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a patient at the hospital, but the flowers never arrived. The order status was changed to “delivered” even though it was not delivered. I’ve sent multiple emails to customer support and no one has responded or resolved the issue. I would not recommend this service.

Made the BEST impression
Made the decision to go with Urban Stems for my MIL's birthday flowers! Im so glad I did and made quite the brownie points with her. She loved everything about it from the packaging, quality, care, longevity of the blooms. She sent me photos of all of it! I'm so happy, I've found our go-to flower shop.

Great flowers!
