Grip Tape

A couple things I found unfortunate about this grip tape: #1 It is 3D printed, which should be mentioned in item description. There is no material like silicon carbide or aluminum oxide for grip, so other than the raised printed spikes, the surface doesn't have grip. I ride in an area prone to water, so this is not a good option for me. #2 When I went to install it, I pulled up what I thought was the adhesive backing on the existing grip tape but instead ripped the connection for the front foot sensor. That is not an issue with this product, but my recommendation is for there to be basic instructions included, so that someone else doesn't make the same mistake. I contacted immediately, got a reply but then no follow up. I'd like to process a return.
