RopeSmart The Smart One Ground Roping Dummy

I received my Coolhorse on time before Christmas. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, the horse looked like it was used. The bottom was completely scuffed as it was dragged around. The screw to attach the head was bent and can not be used. I’m not sure if this was a floor model but needless to say, I was disappointed. For the price, I do expect a new product. I do like the actual product though. My daughter will enjoy practicing on this. I will contact the company to see what they can do to rectify the issues.
