Medicube Age-R Booster Pro

I am extremely disappointed with Kiyoko’s customer service. I purchased a Medicube Booster Pro for approximately CAD $400, expecting a quality product backed by a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, the device developed a defect during the warranty period, making excessive noise and losing power in one of its main functions. When I contacted Kiyoko, they refused to repair, replace, or refund the device. After several follow-up emails, they simply stopped responding. As a consumer in Canada, I expected my warranty concerns to be handled fairly and professionally. Instead, I was left with an expensive defective device and no meaningful support. A company’s true customer service is measured by how it handles problems after the sale. Based on my experience, Kiyoko failed to stand behind the product or provide the level of service customers deserve.

So happy I finally purchased it!!

I had been using another microcurrent device for a few years, since it broke I finally had a reason to purchase a different one. I’m absolutely in love this one. The microcurrent on it is wonderful! I love the different levels as it can be very very strong. The overall capabilities of the device are what are truly impressive! I honestly love every thing about it, booster mode may be my favorite! I highly recommend you see the incredible results for yourself!!
