Really made by First Gear?

I'll start by saying Outback Toys is awesome and this review is specifically for the First Gear 1/50 Komatsu PC138USLC-11. For the money, I was extremely disappointed. The dozer blade rests about 5mm off the ground when it is fully down, and the arm curl action is also limited. There were a few, clearly factory paint defects that gave a cheap look to the model. For the MSRP, these issues seem substantial, and are unlike the quality of other First Gear models I own
