Product appears to be as described! Plate is heavy and custom imprint is accurate. Shipping details were not updated in the Shop app, but product arrived in a timely way. Will need to be repackaged for gifting. UPDATE: recipient is in love with this gift and it works exactly as expected (and hoped). Its very cool to watch how the metal almost instantly imprints the ice, even without any special warming. It just works!!! Very fancy and impressive.
