The garter belt is not adjustable. I followed the size guide for the bra and panties and with the adjustable sizing they both fit ok. The bra is a little loose on the tighest clasp but is ok. My waist is smaller than my rib cage and the garter belt is so incredibly tight on me it makes me look like an exploded tube of biscuits. There is no way this belt fits the same people this bra fits. Disappointed I bought this special for our anniversary and the belt part isn’t wearable. The fabric is nice though and I like the sparkles.
