Unstable hands? Beware tiny screw

This piece is SO cute, but nearly impossible to get in. While I appreciate it being internally threaded, the front piece w/ screw is itty bitty, and the anatomy around a flat piercing + the curved metal makes it hard to get a secure grip. Will have to retry putting it in when my piercing calms down again -- the attempt irritated it quite a bit.
