Its been years since eating pig tails. These salted tails brought back childhood memories. I cooked them with rice and peas and thoroughly enjoyed them. Reminded me of my Jamaican dad who'd be pleased knowing I try to keep up with just one of his traditional cuisine.s.

Very good long pigtails, not as salty as I’m used to but I believe this works to your advantage as you don’t need to pre boil all the salt out of them which saves on cooking time.
