I recently purchased a Bac855 controller from Last Mile and there customer service is awsome! When i first got my controller I realized that i accidentally got the wrong controller for my bike. I emailed Last Mile and they immediately responded to me the same day. They asked me for pictures of the connections of the controller to help me resolve my issue I encountered. I send the photos and he sent them over to the mechanic to look at them. The mechanic said to him, that the connections were fine and that i just ordered the legacy adition insted of the one i needed so since the mechanic said the connections were good he sent me a file to upload to my controller. I quickly installed the file and it immediately solved my issue. When my controller was fixed it worked as normal and a super good and reliable controller. I would definitely recommend the BAC855 controller kit from last mile and there amazing customer service, if somthing is wrong with the controller.
