It's fine.

To be frank, beside the whole concept of matcha preparation (tradition, history, ceremony), the bowl is not neccessarly a must. I use a large cup and the mixing goes very well. If one wants live the consacrate spirit of matcha, go for it and have it. If placing an order within a given buget, then miss it.
