I feel this company deliberately packed the smallest 1inch flowers in this order to reach 400. This is my fourth purchase. I previously ordered 1000 assorted flowers which were all different sizes with a small handful of little flowers in each bag. It was a good balance. I needed extra so I bought the 400 count and it was full of 1 inch flowers and lacking different types of blooms. I was happy with my 3 purchases prior to this one.
