Briella Performance Velvet Bed

For the amount of money I paid for this bed, I expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, the bed arrived with missing screws and the wrong assembly instructions, making the setup process extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Considering how expensive this bed was, there is absolutely no excuse for missing essential parts or including incorrect instructions. Customers should not have to deal with these issues after spending so much money. I expected a much smoother experience, and I’m extremely disappointed. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle.
