Wow!! Short version: Great price, arrived in great condition, looks like new (but did not include power cord), great support. Will definitely purchase from Mac-Pro again. Why support? see below... Details (may be helpful to others). I received my iMac within 3 or 4 days, well packed in a large box. It looked brand new. I was surprised, however, that there was no power cord. Maybe that was mentioned in the listing and I overlooked it. After acquiring a power cord I was pleased to see it power up. I opted to perform mac's Migration Assistant and because I didn't have a connecting cable between the two machines used wifi. After it ran for awhile, I realized it would take days to complete so I pressed the Cancel button and was then given two options. I don't clearly remember the first one but must have been along the lines of "leave the machine in its current state". The second was to reset to its out box state. Since I was canceling an update i didn't know what the current state was so chose the 2nd. I then saw the normal login progress indicator after which the display went black. And stayed black for long enough that I decided it must have powered itself off, returning to its true out-of-box state. But pressing the power button did nothing. No audible sound that accompanies a power-up, no screen, just black. Tried multiple times, changed outlets and nothing. I asked chatGPT and it gave me 3 different keyboard combinations I could try while powering up but none of them worked. Sent an email to support and received a call later the same day. Within a few minutes the tech ( I forget his name but he was obviously very knowledgeable) stepped me through getting the power-up to work and the machine to run again. If this happens to you, what worked in this case was to unplug the mac and hold the power button in for 10 seconds. I believe the tech said that this restores the boot information on the drive needed to power up which apparently was corrupted either when I canceled Migration Assistant or when I chose option 2. I have since found out that the simplest way to use Migration Assistant when migrating from an older mac (mine was late 2015) iswith the Time Machine drive if you're using Time Machine. There doesn't appear to be any cable that would connecte my two iMacs without an adapter other than ethernet.
