High Quality, Great responsive customer service
This is my first time ordering patches, so I wanted to choose a company that I felt I could trust. I'm glad I went with Ninja Patches. I ordered embroidered patches and the quality is fantastic. I learned to definitely get the proof if you have colors you want to get right. The colors for my first proof looked different than I imagined, and Ninja was great about altering them to my specifications. The proof is a photo of a patch made with thread, and gave me a great sense of how the final product will look. Customer service was quick and helpful, both on the phone and through email. The only surprise was that my rush order patches arrived a week *earlier* than customer service told me they would. I was a-okay with that. Thank you Ninja Patches! Our patches look great on our company hats. We'll be back again and again.

Awesome Product
To be honest, I was very concerned about ordering these and the amount of money I was spending I was concerned about quality and what they would look like. I am more than pleasantly surprised. They matched the colors perfectly off of a very little information I provided to them and the ease of putting these on material was great! Thank you ninja!
