Embroidered Patches

Pretty good quality, although the file I uploaded didn't look like the final patch

I reached out to their support team regarding how the preview looked like it wasn't scaling the image proportionately, which was my only concern. Once I got the patches they looked very much like the preview - squashed. The support rep assured me this wasn't the case so I pulled the trigger. Oh well. We'll see how they hold up after a couple of washes.

Really Slow

The order took a month to arrive. Aug 31 arrived Sept 28. We had 3 types of patches, leather, full color, and embroidery. It's too slow to deal with our customer base. The leather patches turned out great, but the others were just ok. The embroidery wasn't consistent on each patch that we're using to put on hats. The full color is fine but we ended up not using them because they just didn't work for the customer. Not Ninja's fault, they just come too thin to be put on a hat. Customer wanted some depth on the patches and the full color patches are really thin. Colors came out great on all of it, but again, it took about a month. Just wont work for future client orders. When creating inventory, go with Ninja. But for quick work, you'll not be able to pull it off.

Saved some shirts

I had some embroiders shirts (12 Nike brand) from a previous company I worked for, when I left to go on my own I didn't want to toss those shirts, so my wife removed the embroidery which left some holes and gaps. I ordered embroidered patches to place over where the old logo was and they look great! not as good as custom embroidery but they saved the shirts.
