Great customer service
Often times proof of concept to final product is very difficult and with the help with the customer service team, answering my questions on measurements and the files needed,I have a wonderful product to be thankful for! Would order again! Also the product came fastest than originally stated so that was an added bonus as well!

Amazing Quality PVC Patches
I ordered some patches to place on hats for my bachelor party and these came out a lot better than I had expected. My design had some fine details and copy and it all looks as sharp as can be. I know PVC patches require a bottom platen for the hat press but I was able to use a heat gun and melt the glue backing before placing in the hat. Which seemed to work great!

Outstanding!!
Ordered patches with my brand logo. When they arrived, I realized they didn’t have the Velcro backing. Reached out to Ninja Patches and they were quick to issue a return shipping label. A couple weeks later, the corrected patches arrived. While no one wants to deal with incorrect orders, I think they’re handling of the situation speaks volumes.
