Poor customer service

A note was placed on my account to use UPS instead of USPS due to the signature required issue and that USPS does not deliver packages to the home address. I was assure that that was correct. Sent TWO emails and ZERO replies. I had to fly home to pick up my package because UPS was not used. I travel for work so I have a neighbor pick up my packages and or sign for them. USPS will not do this. So, I have to travel back home and drive to a post office to get my package.

Can’t smell after one hour

I’m disappointed that the fragrance did not last. I was hoping since I purchased the oil it would last all day. But after about an hour I can no longer smell it and neither can anyone else.
