Fractal Jimi Hendrix Preset

Jimi`s Berkeley sound

I tried a lot of Jimi presets and most of them sounded good. I saw the Berkeley film in 1973 in the cinema and was (still am) blown away by "Here my train a comin". All these tones represent Jimi`s live setup perfectly - clean/univibe, fuzz, fuzz/univibe, Octofuzz, Jimi`s dynamic and so on. Most of the sounds are possible with the Hendrix preset. I am using Fender hot noiseless pickups cause trams are passing every 4 minutes in front of my house... I tried a lot of other noiseless Pickups (DiMarzio, tonerider, Kinman and some others) but the preset works best for me with the Fender hot noiseless (1st gen). I added a dual delay before the reverb. I recommend this preset if you like the Berkeley version of "Here my train a comin". The Berkeley version was released on "Rainbow bridge" and the "Blues" cd. Love the fact that these presets are so dynamic and really work well w the volume control. Looking forward to some Val tones !
