Just as described. It was relatively easy to assemble. Best wagon I've ever owned. I purchased it mainly for the solid wheels. No flats for me!

Great cart! Tires are the reason to purchase!

I’ve had this car for a month now and it has been wonderful. The real Cell is the fact that they are solid tires as opposed to the automatic tires which get dry and eventually go flat. The frame is steel so it needs to be cared for, otherwise, it will begin to rust immediately. My neighbor owns the same cart in another competitors, brand name which cost far more money. Both items seem very comparable as far as quality, so overall I am very happy with the Bilt Hard!

Assembly

The best approach is to go slow and be deliberate when you assemble this cart. I found it very straight forward to accomplish. I did refer to a YouTube video while working on it and it made all the difference.
