Poor quality for the money

Dear Sirs, I am very disappointed in your product. The first time I set it up, I thought how beautiful the parasol was. One gust of wind, the parasol fell over even though it was in your carved stand. The stand split, the wooden pole broke I. Half. I was devastated, the parasol and stand were very costly and now I do t know what to do. I would like to hear your comments. Sincerely Regina Leon
