I've traveled all over the U.S. and around the world with my Buffalo Gear cooler, bringing fish and game meat home from my trips. In every single case, my food has arrived frozen solid. The gear has been outstanding. On a recent trip home from New Zealand, one of the zipper pulls ripped off. The Buffalo Gear team immediately sent replacement zipper pulls along with repair instructions. The repair worked, but after another trip, this time returning from a fishing trip in Florida, the zipper failed again, even though the bag remained tightly sealed. Without hesitation, the Buffalo Gear team replaced the entire bag under warranty. I can't say enough good things about both the product and the customer service. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its gear the way Buffalo Gear does. Their team is incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely committed to taking care of their customers. Solid Bag

Just got this bag and have only taken it out a couple times so this review is subject to change based on longevity. Build quality seems really solid, I was expecting it to be mediocre given this bag is priced <100$ while comparable bags from other companies are closer to 200-250$, but it seems very well made. Ive taken a few fish home after a long day on the beach so some of my ice is melted, and no leaks as of yet. The zipper isn't waterproof but it's not advertised as waterproof and doesnt need to be waterproof, I only noticed when filling the bag with soapy water and shaking it to clean it. It holds ice good for a soft cooler, I put in 2 bags of ice with some drinks, and usually put a fish in at some point during the day. After 8-9hr in direct sun in 80-90f weather I usually get home with 1/2-2/3 of my ice left, and my fish are plenty cold. Hoping this bag holds up as well as I expect it to, big fan.

Bag is great, have used it on three trips already. Well constructed, no issues and looks like it's going to hold up well for some time. Very happy with it.
