Clear Retainers

Thank you for sending two uppers instead of a lower and an upper. I only needed the top half fixed, and you gave me my money's worth. I loved not having to go to a dentist's office. I appreciate you!

Did Not Maintain My Alignment

I purchased clear retainers from SayCheeseClub after wearing my old wire retainer nightly for over 15 years with no issues. Within days of switching to their clear retainers, I noticed a gap/contact change forming between my two upper front teeth and my bite felt off. I stopped using their retainers, went back to my old wire retainer, and the gap started improving. SayCheeseClub approved a remake, so I followed their process, took new impressions, sent photos, and later provided video. Unfortunately, after receiving the remade retainers, the same exact issue happened again. The gap/contact change between my front teeth started returning, and once again improved after I stopped using their retainers and returned to my old wire retainer. They denied a refund because they said the retainers were made accurately to the impressions and no defect was found. My issue is simple: the retainers did not maintain my alignment. They changed it. After 15+ years with no issues using my old retainer, both sets from SayCheeseClub caused the same problem. I am extremely disappointed with the product and the resolution. I would not recommend SayCheeseClub.

My retainers arrived fairly quickly after my impressions were approved, speedy communication and you guys seem to always have great deals/discounts. My retainers had turned out great, no complaints at all. I would purchase again. 10/10…Thanks so much 🙂
