Size up on your foam and don’t expect to keep it if you are not satisfied. They do NOT refund or exchange. My foam is too small and gives me a headache, I help people find their cowboy hat sizes as a part time job, so I know I ordered my correct size, but noggin boss said, order a new one. Their customer service is very kirt. Website says they do not offer returns or exchanges, but thankfully, they did offer to exchange my foam at my own expense of course. It is $17 to ship it and they will charge me $11 and change to send it back. Price of a new foam is $20 plus shipping. When I expressed my concerns on the foam showing too much and the felt they wrapped around it for the metallic silver hat, customer service responded and basically said,that’s the way it comes and that I would have to buy a new color. They did give a promo discount code. The foam under doesn’t look good. The company covers the white foam with a piece of felt on the bottom half based on the color hat you order.The blue, red, black look good in videos. The metallic does not. Be prepared to do your own arts and crafts project on your foam. The actual hat was as expected, nice and big.

I love my new cap. I have an embroidery machine And I'm getting creative with my patches. I look forward to sporting it this upcoming high school football season. I might get some more later in the fall. Thx
