Rolling Stones Plus Jewelry Case

Impossible to snap closed

I have ordered a million Scout products over the years, starting with when the company first launched, and I have loved every one of the items I have purchased -- except this one. I ordered three of the Rolling Stones Plus Jewelry cases for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, the snap closures are absolutely impossible to snap closed, which means you cannot secure the case closed, rendering it unusable, to the point that I am not even going to give them as Christmas gifts as planned. Very disappointing from a company that I love.
