Quality control needs attention.

Lovely product but have in the past been sent wrong size and lately collar with no holes punched in it. Pleasantly resolved by customer service but I do think this fabulous product could benefit from a quality control protocol before dispatch

The blue and green collars are just wonderful on the cockerpoos I have - the dogs are now nearly 7 - the these collars are the third ones I have bought - they are really well made -the collars are worn all the time and the colour of the leather goes after while cos of the rainy weather is the UK but the workmanship of the collars is amazing
