Just what I needed

I needed an e-bike and wanted it to be a proper road bike, similar to the ones I have been riding for many years. The Ribble All Road was perfect, except the handlebars were too low for me. The 50mm height increase from these bars has suited me perfectly. Easy to fit. Really pleased.

Ordered the wrong size!

I intended to purchase a 70mm/44cm handlebar, but discovered I mistakenly bought a 70mm/38cm bar when I installed it on my bike. Do you have any kind of return arrangement for credit/partial credit so that I can order the 700mm/44cm bar? By the way, we installed a 70mm/41cm bar on my wife’s bike and we love it!!!

I had previously bought the then smallest size (41cm) so I was already a fan - but it was not quite what I wanted. When the 38 cm came out I immediately ordered it. Magic! I already had the Redshift shockstop system. Overall game changer.
