Left Hand thread, fitment to inner on long rod - has eyelet for steering damper mounting.

Difficult to review, I bought the wrong part! This felt like nice quality and fitted the track rod nicely but my stock '68 has M10 track rod ends not M12 so no way this fits the pitman arm. Measure before you order..
