Super disappointed with quality and customer service. After the 21 day processing window passed, I still hadn't received an order update, so I contacted the company. It took several days for them to reply that they'd look into the issue. They never followed up, so I had to reach out again. It took several more days for them to tell me that my order was still being made. No explanation for the delay provided. It was 39 days between the time I placed my order and the date it shipped. Honestly, if there had been communication about this problem, I wouldn't be upset. But it's frustrating that I had to repeatedly take initiative to figure out whether my order was coming or not. The items I got were true to size and look cute. However, there are TONS of raw edges on the fabric and ends of the elastic. I haven't even worn things once and they're already starting to fray. Really unhappy that I spent this much on underwear where the edges aren't even finished neatly.

I was expecting these to be a little itchy and uncomfortable like most lingerie but was willing to put up with it because they were so cute. They are surprisingly soft and comfortable and I could wear them all day without issue. 10/10 recommend
